We ship all domestic orders via Royal Mail, using their Standard delivery service. You will be able to select and add this to your order at the checkout. Standard UK delivery is £3.99

We hope that you are happy with your purchase, however if for any reason you wish to return any of your item(s) or would like any further assistance, please email us at info@zahami.com to notify us within 14 working days of receiving your order.  

In the event of a return, we ask that you return the item(s) to us in the same condition that you received them in. Refunds will be processed once the item(s) have reached us in their full and complete, original condition.

We always take great care in ensuring your item(s) are safely and securely packaged and shipped to you in a timely manner. However in the unfortunate event that an item comes to you damaged, please email us immediately with photographic evidence of your item(s) so we can further assist you.

If returning item(s) to us that are not faulty, you are responsible for covering the cost of returning the item(s) to us. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for any lost or stolen parcels that do not reach us. We recommend you to use a recorded delivery service and obtaining proof of postage.
